ALPHATEC 110: a three-component polymer grout system consisting of modified epoxy resin, chemical hardener, and blended aggregate. ALPHATEC 110 is especially formulated for rapid curing, and a compressive strength of 60 MPa can be attained within 4 hours when the grout is mixed and cured at 23ºC
ALPHATEC 130, a three-component polymer grout system consisting of modified epoxy resin, chemical hardener, and blended aggregate. ALPHATEC 130 is specially formulated for high temperature operating environments, and is widely used for turbines, blowers, deepwell pumps, heat exchangers, and other hot machinery.
ALPHATEC 141, a three-component polymer grout system consisting of modified epoxy resin, chemical hardener, and blended aggregate. ALPHATEC 141 is formulated for fast cure in immersed conditions, and will attain a strength of 23 MPa within 4 hours when mixed and placed at 23ºC. It can be used at operating temperatures of up to 50ºC.
ALPHATEC 170: a 2-component polymer grout system, specially formulated to replace the steel packers and liners used under many different types of machinery. Approved for main propulsion marine engine chocking by Lloyds Register of Shipping.
ALPHATEC 240, a two-component epoxy putty system consisting of modified epoxy resin paste and a chemical hardener. It has good water displacing properties allowing it to bond to wet surfaces, and cure underwater. It bonds well to steel and concrete surfaces, and cures rapidly. It is used for sealing grout forms, patching concrete, patching steel tanks, setting baseplates in position, and so on.
ALPHATEC 300, a modified epoxy resin adhesive which gives excellent bonding to many different substrates, including concrete. It is mainly used to repair stress and shrinkage cracks in concrete structures and machinery foundations. It has good thermal and mechanical shock resistance.
ALPHATEC 342: a 2-component polymer injection grout for use in bonding moist concrete, underwater cracks, machine foundations cracks, and many other applications. Particularly useful for injection into diamond cored holes, which are typically drilled with water flushing.
ALPHATEC 370, a two-component polymer grout injection system consisting of modified epoxy resin and chemical hardener. ALPHATEC 370 is specially formulated for bonding to oil-contaminated surfaces, such as are commonly found in cracks or separations in rotating machinery foundations. It is widely used for the repair of concrete foundations for diesel engines, compressors, presses, rolling mills, rails, and any other area where oil-contamination is a problem.
ALPHATEC 400: a 2-component epoxy resin-based adhesive used as a stone adhesive, or encapsulation resin. It is essentially transparent when cured, and permits virtually invisible bond lines.
ALPHATEC 440: a modified epoxy resin-based adhesive which is used to bond new concrete to old.
ALPHATEC 442: a 2-component concrete primer, mainly for use together with ALPHATEC 741 in repairing damp concrete surfaces, such as on piers, wharves, breakwaters, etc.
ALPHATEC 741: a 3-component epoxy-based patching compound for concrete surfaces which cannot be completely dried. It cures rapidly permitting inter-tidal repair work, and its non-slump characteristics allow for immediate build-up of 20-30 mm on vertical and overhead surfaces.
ALPHATEC 800, a high performance aggregate filled epoxy grout with superior mechanical and chemical properties. This grout material was specifically formulated to support heavy machinery, thus ensuring the correct transfer of static and dynamic loads into the concrete foundation. It is widely used in repair work, and for new installations. ALPHATEC 800 is chemically stable to 150°C, but good engineering practice suggests limiting the actual service temperature to something less than this maximum.
